At Mitzi, we want you to love your lighting as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or modified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Mitzi boxes with all internal protective padding and hardware included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
